Performance dates:

  • Selection of performance dates for the entire season is available in March.
  • Performances are shown below and updated bi-weekly.

What you need:
  • You’ll need the organization’s S.T.A.R. registration number and coordinator name.
  • Check with your S.T.A.R. coordinator or through employee communication networks for this information.
  • Email us at starcoordinators@stratfordfestival.ca or call the Box Office at 1.800.567.1600.
Log in as an eligible S.T.A.R. member:
  • For EXISTING patron accounts, on login page, enter the registration number, coordinator’s last name, your email and password.
  • To set up a NEW patron account, check if you have an online file or if you have forgotten a password, then follow the prompts on the S.T.A.R. login page.
S.T.A.R. tickets:
  • Use the “Deliver by Email” feature to print tickets at home before you arrive or try our "Print @ Lobby Kiosk" or pick them up at the theatre within two hours of the performance.

Fine Print:
S.T.A.R. dates, performances and pricing subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit shows and availability. S.T.A.R. tickets are available in A and B seating. The S.T.A.R. discount cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged for another S.T.A.R. date with 24 hours notice. Exchange fees plus any price difference applies. Tickets cannot be exchanged on day of performance.

Handling charges: Online orders: $4.00; In-person orders: $6.00; all other orders: $8.00. An additional $2 shipping fee applies to have tickets mailed to you.
