Fourth season: Bass in Man of La Mancha. Stratford: Productions of West Side Story, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, 42nd Street, The Pirates of Penzance. Training: Studied at the University of Toronto and post-graduate work in Banff under the guidance of Mr. Stuart Knussen. Elsewhere: Played with many orchestras; to name a few: Toronto Symphony, Canadian Opera Company, National Ballet, the old Hamilton Philharmonic, National Arts Centre, Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Musicals: The Phantom of the Opera, Ragtime, Show Boat, Parade, Oliver!, Beauty and the Beast, The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, The Wizard of Oz. Mr. Michaud has toured North America, Asia and Europe. Et cetera: “I am very fortunate to be back in Stratford, playing Man of La Mancha with Maestro Brasz.”
