2015: Alexander Technique and movement coach. 33rd season. Stratford: Kelly McEvenue is the preeminent Alexander Technique teacher for classical repertory theatre. She has been on the coaching staff of the Stratford Festival and the Birmingham Conservatory for decades. Elsewhere: She is an Associate Artist at Soulpepper, coaching the company and the Academy. She is on the faculties of Humber College and the Canadian Film Centre and is a recurring guest teacher at the National Theatre School, Theatre Calgary and Interlochen Center for the Arts. She has assisted renowned voice teacher Patsy Rodenburg in international workshops for voice teachers and taught at Guildhall (U.K.). A movement consultant for Mirvish (The Lion King) and Canadian Stage (The Syringa Tree) and numerous films and television programs, she is the author ofThe Actor and the Alexander Technique.
