Activities in Stratford

A school trip to Stratford can be a truly enriched experience. Don't stop at the play – join us for a full day of activities.

ProloguesTools for Teachers
At 11 a.m., before most non-musical student performances, cast members lead games and activities to prepare students for the show. For all grade levels, and just as much fun for students who know the play well as for those new to it! Prologues take place on the very stage where you will see the performance in the afternoon.

Book your Prologue tickets through the Groups and Schools Department. General admission: $3.75* plus tax per student.

Workshops
Choose from song and dance, stage combat or an interactive exploration of the play your students are attending. Led by Festival teaching artists, workshops are available as of June 2, 2015. Sessions begin at 10 or 11 a.m. and last one hour. Limited availability; please book at least two weeks in advance. To book or for more information, email or call the Education Department: 1.800.561.1233, extension 2354. $225 plus tax.

Post-Show Chats
