How to get your tickets
Our Print@Home feature allows you to print your own tickets as soon as you receive your e-mail order confirmation. Each ticket should be printed on in black and white on standard 8.5x11-inch paper and treated like any other ticket. For your security, each Print@Home ticket is individually bar-coded.
If you don't want to print your own tickets, we'll mail them to you, provided we receive your order at least one month before the performance date.
The Festival and Avon theatres are equiped with a ticket pick-up kiosk, whereby you may print your tickets using your order number or by swiping the credit card you used for the purchase.
Otherwise, you may pick tickets up at the theatre two hours before the performance. Each of our theatres has its own box office – please pick up your tickets at the theatre at which your first show is playing.
Paying for your tickets
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Stratford Shakespeare Festival gift certificates.
You may exchange tickets for another performance during the same season, provided we receive them no later than 24 hours before the performance for which they were bought. Because our ticket prices fluctuate over the season, you may pay a higher price for exchanged tickets.
An exchange fee of $4 applies to each ticket exchanged in person or through the call centre. Regularly priced tickets cannot be exchanged for any discount ticket offers, including rush seating for the same performance.
The handling fee for telephone and online orders is $8 per order. An additional $2 shipping fee will apply if you choose to have your tickets mailed to you. The fee for tickets ordered in person is $6 per order.
Sorry, no refunds
Tickets may not be returned for refund; however, if you return them at least an hour before the performance begins, you may request a tax receipt for their cash value. We reserve the right to resell all tickets.
