Admission Policies

Please be on time
All performances begin promptly, and there are no refunds for latecomers.

Latecomers will be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance, and seating location will be at the discretion of the management. If you are late, it may not be possible to seat you until the interval; if the production has no interval, you may not be admitted at all.

Leaving and coming back
If you leave your seat during the performance, we will reseat you only at a suitable break in the performance, which might not be until the interval. Seating location will be at the discretion of the management.

Electronic devices
All electronic devices must be turned off inside the auditorium before the performance. The use of cameras, audio or video recorders is not permitted.

Food and drink
With the exception of bottled water, no food or drink is permitted in the auditorium.

Scents
Many of our patrons have environmental allergies. You can help by using scented products sparingly.

Service/Guide Dogs
We welcome all service and guide dogs accompanying those with special needs. We ask that patrons with guide dogs choose a seat on an aisle or in our special-access section.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Children in our Theatre

Suitability
Much of our programming is accessible to children aged 10 and up, and some productions may be fine for younger children. If you have questions about suitability, call us or check the content advisories for each production on this website.

Tickets
You must purchase tickets for all children. Our Family Experience discount allows you to purchase up to four youth tickets for as little as $36 each when you buy one adult ticket. To be eligible, young people must be 18 years or younger, be seated with an adult, be able to provide proof of age and have their own patron file in our ticketing system.

Seats
Complimentary booster seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Festival and Avon Theatres.

Babies
Babes in arms will not be admitted to our performances.
