Kiosk print and pick up The Festival and Avon theatres have movie-theatre style ticket kiosks where you can pick up your tickets any time, with one exception. If you choose "pick up at box office" during the online order process, and then decide you want to use the kiosk, your tickets will only be available from the kiosk until two hours before show time. After that we print them and keep them for you at the box office. If you choose "Print@LobbyKiosk" during the order process, you can pick your tickets up from the kiosk right up until show time.
