Temporary disruptions of services (e.g. elevators, physical operations) and programs may occur as a result of circumstances that may or may not be within the Festival’s control. We know that these disruptions of service may be particularly challenging for patrons with disabilities. We will make all reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of a disruption, including information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration and a description of alternative facilities or services, if any, that may be available. Where possible, we will provide advance notice. Please check our website or our Facebook page for updates. We will also put up temporary on-site signage. If you are unable to access the Festival premises due to a temporary disruption of service, please speak to a Box Office representative or House Manager for assistance and accommodation.
