Audio Described Performances

The Stratford Festival provides live audio description service for patrons who are blind or have low vision on select performance dates.  Join us at the following shows (which are marked on the performance calendar with a Audio Described symbol symbol):



Additional performance dates may be added for groups of 10 or more.  Please inquire at groups@stratfordfestival.ca.

Other things you may find helpful…
  1. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for a pre-show description of the set and costumes, which begins 15 minutes before the performance.
  2. People who carry a valid CNIB or Access2Entertainment card may receive one complimentary theatre ticket to give to a support person.
  3. The Festival offers Braille house programs that can be borrowed from the theatre or downloaded onto your personal Braille Note Taker.
