Four unique venues offer a variety of opportunities to host your corporate, social and other events. Perfect for sit-down dinners, buffet lunches, cocktail receptions and more, our venues will make your event a memorable one.
Paul D. Fleck Marquee
Overlooking Stratford's beautiful parkland and the Avon River, the spectacular Paul D. Fleck Marquee is sure to impress your guests. Located in the Festival theatre, this unique and elegant venue can accommodate up to 200 people. Available June to February.
Eaton Lounge
Located in the Festival Theatre, the comfortable and intimate Eaton Lounge is a fantastic venue for cocktail receptions and plated meals. In addition to the indoor lounge space, your guests may enjoy the private outdoor patio overlooking Queen's Park. This venue accommodates up to 50 people and is available during the theatre season.
Playwrights' Circle Lounge
Accommodating up to 30 guests, this venue is suitable for small and intimate events. Located in the lobby of the Festival Theatre, the space is available during the theatre season.
Chalmers Lounge
Located on the balcony level of downtown Stratford's Avon Theatre, the spacious and modern Chalmers Lounge accommodates up to 200 guests. This venue is suitable for stand-up receptions only.

Costume Rental
Amateur and professional theatre groups may rent items from our Costume and Props Warehouse. Appointments must be made in advance, and rentals during the Festival’s production season must be approved by our production staff.
We do not rent costumes for Halloween or to individuals for social events. Our costume rental program exists only to provide support to other arts organizations.
