When is it?

Monday August 18th @ 5:00pm, Upper Queen’s Park

Tournament Rules?

Games will be approximately 30 minutes, comprised of 2 innings each. Teams should be made up of members from the same department with up to two departments joining forces per team. Current Employees and Artists only. Maximum of 12 players per team.

Deadline to Register?

August 8th

Can I Register without knowing who is on my team?

Yes! However player names are due by August 8th.

Is the Ice Cream free?

Yes! Please RSVP any guests so we have an idea of how many people to expect.

Do Managers have to play?

No but they do need to help register their team and assign a Volunteer Team Captain to be the team’s point person.

Can Larger Departments have more than one team?

Yes! For example Audience Engagement could have a F&B team, Greenroom team, ushers, box office etc. Director’s Office could have Forum, Admin, Actor teams etc.

Can departments combine teams?

Yes! Up to two departments per team can form a team together. This is meant to be fun so rules around team combinations is loose! If you have a smaller team please register anyway, organizers will help recruit more players for you if needed. 

Do Teams need to pay a fee?

No it’s free to play. Registering a team is a commitment to have a team represent your department at the Tournament.

What is the Advantage to Registering early?

The first two teams to register will have a slight advantage on game day. Advantages will be announced before the game starts.

Do players need to be athletic?

No! This is a very informal, casual game of fun! Some running is usually involved and accommodations are welcomed.

What kind of field will the game be played on?

Grass.

What do you win?

Bragging rights and a Trophy for the year.
