consent as they are necessary to make our website work. Analytics, advertising,
marketing and social media cookies on the other hand are optional. We have limited

The STRATFORD FESTIVAL collects optional information that is required
for enhanced service provision as well as analytics and marketing. This

NOTE - A few of our partners that help us deliver our core services

certified and therefore were able to evidence that sufficient safeguards are in

our partner services are integral to the delivery of our core services.
How long do we keep your
We keep your personal data for as long as you have an account with us
and for 10 years after your last purchase, donation, or information request
from us. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for
which it was collected or required to be retained by law shall be destroyed,
erased or made anonymous. An exception exists for planned giving or bequest
donors which we retain for the lifetime of your gifting period.
Right to access:
You can access your account any time through the website, by visiting
our Box Office or by calling our Call Centre.
Right to rectify:
You can make changes to your account information at any time via our
website, by visiting our Box Office or by calling our Call Centre.
Right to restrict processing:
You can change your preferences at any time through your account
settings or your browser settings and through contacting our customer service

You have full control over your account. Deleting your account will
delete all associated personal data and consequently we will stop processing
your personal data. Non-identifying
personal information (purchase and donation history, etc.) will remain, but it
will not be attached to your personal information in any way. Third party use of this data will be wiped
after every contract period. While you
have an account with us you can, at any time, change your preferences which
will stop collection and processing of optional information.
