SCHOOLS

• Savings apply to groups of 6 or more students attending the same performance.
• A non-refundable deposit of $100 plus applicable taxes is required upon booking.
• A 30% down payment is due 30 days after booking.
• Total remaining final ticket balance is due 45 days prior to the performance date.
• Orders booked within 45 days of performance require full payment at time of booking
• Student IDs may be required at the theatre.
• For School Groups cancelling their entire order within 45 days of the performance, 100% of the deposit and down payment will be forfeited.
• All fully paid tickets are non-refundable, except in circumstances relating to COVID-19 when we will refund the total less the deposit. The deposit amount will remain as a credit on your account for future bookings.
• Patrons are responsible for complying with all applicable COVID regulations. For the safety of our patrons and staff, we will be requiring that masks be worn in our theatres and during performances at least until summer begins on June 21. Our staff remain fully vaccinated. We will continue to evaluate the situation and let you know about our intentions for the rest of the season by mid-June. Guest who are refused admission on this basis will be subject to regular ticketing polices.
• Beginning May 1, proof of vaccination will ONLY be required at reduced capacity performances.
• An individual who has purchased a ticket from a school group may exchange the ticket on an individual basis for an alternative date, an alternative show or an alternative seat, if available, at least 24 hours before the performance for which the ticket was purchased. However, any group rate that applied to the original ticket does not apply to the new ticket. Each exchange ticket is subject to a $7.50 ticket exchange fee plus any applicable differences in ticket price.
• Exchange vouchers may be offered for 10 or less exchanged tickets in an order, if the show date is prior to September the voucher will be valid for the current season only. If the show date is September or later the voucher will be valid until January for a booking in next years season.
• All of the tickets from a school group order may be exchanged if necessary, for an alternative show or an alternative dates, if available, 45 days prior to the performance for which the tickets were purchased. Each exchanged ticket is subject to a $7.50 ticket exchange fee, no limit.
• Accepted methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Canadian or U.S cheque, electronic transfer or funds on account.
