• Student discounts apply to groups of six or more attending the same performance.
• A non-refundable deposit of $100 plus applicable taxes is required upon booking.
• A 30% down payment is due 30 days after booking.
• The total remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the performance date.
• School group orders booked within 45 days of performance require full payment at time of booking.
• School groups cancelling their entire order within 45 days of the performance will forfeit 100% of the deposit and down payment.
• Adjustments to an order must be completed before the final balance is paid.
• All fully paid tickets are non-refundable.
• For ever 20 tickets paid in full, we offer one complimentary ticket.

• Student IDs may be required at the theatre.
• An individual who has purchased a ticket from a school group may exchange the ticket on an individual basis for an alternative date, an alternative show or an alternative seat, if available, at least 24 hours before the performance for which the ticket was purchased. However, any group rate that applied to the original ticket does not apply to the new ticket. Each exchange ticket is subject to a $8.10 ticket exchange fee plus any applicable differences in ticket price.
• Exchange vouchers may be offered for 10 or less exchanged tickets in an order.
• All of the tickets from a school group order may be exchanged if necessary, for an alternative show or an alternative dates, if available, 45 days prior to the performance for which the tickets were purchased. Each exchanged ticket is subject to a $8.10 ticket exchange fee, no limit.
• Accepted methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Canadian or U.S cheque, electronic transfer or funds on account.
