We have come to the heartbreaking conclusion that our spectacular 2020 season cannot go on as planned and so we have to put the entire season on hold while we wait for a signal from government that tells us it will be safe – for you, and for all of
us – to gather in theatres again.
In all likelihood, that means we will have to delay any programming until next year. But, if by some miracle, we are able to open our doors sooner, we will let you know. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to share a special fall or holiday show together?

Of course we know this postponement of our season will raise questions for you. We’ve tried to anticipate these with the FAQs below. We are also happy to speak to you by phone, but as our call centre has been closed by government order, we are working with a skeleton staff. We apologize for not being able to return your
calls and respond to your emails as quickly as usual – but please trust we will indeed respond. We greatly appreciate the immense patience you have shown – and continue to show – throughout this process.
Where is my credit?
The value of your purchases is being held as a credit on your Stratford Festival account. An email confirming this amount will be sent to you shortly. This credit will not expire. When you’re ready to come back, it will be there for you to use.

You will need to enter your email address and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it easily by clicking on the words “Reset Password” on the login page.
How do I donate the value of my tickets to the

How do I access my credit?
When shows are available for you to book, you will be able to use your credit as a payment method. Your credit will not expire, so you do not need to do anything now.

We understand many of you may have complex bookings or require other assistance and options. On the page you are taken to when you
log in, you’ll find a form you can use to flag your need for us to contact you.
Right now, with our buildings closed, our Box Office team can’t provide assistance in as timely a manner as they’d like. But they’re working as hard as they can to respond to you as quickly as possible. If you’ve already contacted them, rest assured that your message has been received and you will hear from us soon.
Will any shows be presented this year?
