How to join the waiting list:
Call our box office at 1.800.567.1600 to join the waiting list.
The representative will confirm which size seat grouping you are looking for, and will ask if this is flexible. If the tickets become available in a seat grouping size that matches your request, we will reach out to you by phone. We will only be able to call once and if you do not answer, we will move on to the next person on the waiting list. However, if you call back and the seats are still available, you can claim these seats.
Patrons will be called in order of Membership level, followed by date and time of the waiting list booking. Book early to have the best chance of accessing tickets.
The waiting list will remain active until 8 p.m. the evening before the performance. If we are not able to accommodate your request, we will automatically issue you a full refund.
