Making Eco-Shakespeare

What can Shakespeare tell us about today’s climate catastrophe? The 2019-2022 eco-Shakespeare-in-performance project, Cymbeline in the Anthropocene, invited seven international theatre companies to discover answers to this question. Their creativity and passion have revealed practical insights about adapting and staging environmentally engaged Shakespeare. Learn more about making eco-Shakespeare with Cymbeline in the Anthropocene project leader Randall Martin and Montana State University Professor Gretchen Minton.
