LIVING FANTASY

Chalmers Lounge, Avon Theatre
Wednesday, June 19, 2019
10:45 am

The fantasy genre is only as limited as the imaginations of its authors. How does one create the soaring landscapes and magical beasts of a fantasy world in ways that continue to provoke the imagination? Our panel discusses this fascinating genre.

Panellists:
R.J. Anderson, author of the young-adult and teen series Faery Rebels, Ivy of the Delve, Ultraviolet and Uncommon Magic and winner of the Concorde Book Award
David S. Craig, playwright and adaptor of The Neverending Story
Lesley Livingston, author of the young-adult fantasy series Wondrous Strange, Never, The Starling Saga and The Wiggins Weird and winner of the CLA Young Adult Book of the Year in 2010

Moderator:
Bob White, Head of New Plays at the Stratford Festival
